Agglomeration compacted detergent powder production line
All the raw material go into the machine after gauging, joining the
strong ring type flow. One or more different kind of liquid spray
into the machine via nozzle in upper side of comminutor, those
solid become wet averagely by diffusion of foggy liquid (Low
viscosity) or scattering liquid. With more and more liquid, the wet
solid will gather in strong flow and become bigger and bigger. The
polymer will go to outlet at the bottom of machine via helix path
while the pelleting operation is always going on.
Agglomeration compacted detergent production line is made up of raw material transportation system, solid and liquid
gauging control system, pre-mixing system, pelleting system, drying
and aging system, post adjuvant system, electric control system,
and so on.
Comparing with traditional spraying tower production, the agglomeration compacted detergent powder production is low energy, low loss of active matter, low investment for equipment and building construction. It’s specially widely used in enriching powder production and special powder production
